New Insurance Commissioner Appointed in Connecticut

Andrew N. Mais has been nominated by Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont to serve as Insurance Commissioner effective March 4th.  Mr. Mais has worked at the Deloitte Center for Financial Services in Stamford, CT since 2011 where his focus is insurance regulation.  Mr. Mais previously worked at the New York State Insurance Department as the Director of Public Affairs.  His nomination will be sent to the General Assembly for consent.
