Atlanta Partner Brian Casey and Austin Senior Counsel Jon Gillum co-authored an article for Law360 explaining how to navigate federal and state rules for service contracts or extended warranties and when these contracts are subject to the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (MMWA).
