Assessing New Cybersecurity Concerns for Defense Contractors

Ted Augustinos, a member of the steering committee of the Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice Group of Locke Lord and Office Managing Partner of the Firm’s Hartford office, co-authored an article examining cybersecurity threats and obligations for defense contractors. The duo noted that a new set of compliance requirements will become effective December 31, so now is the time for defense contractors to review and update their cybersecurity programs and incident response plans.
