Mike Gaertner and Jim Peterka participated in the inaugural professional development program for the new Center for Excellence in Intellectual Property at the Goa College of Pharmacy in Goa, India on November 14-15, 2016. Mike and Jim participated in a panel of distinguished speakers from academia, the pharmaceutical industry and the U.S. and Indian legal professions. Mike and Jim spoke on recent developments concerning induced infringement in the context of pharmaceutical and other types of patent litigation.
