Kim Hulsey, Locke Lord’s Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer based in Washington, D.C., was quoted by Washington Lawyer on diversity, equity and inclusion metrics and the continued prioritization of diversity among Locke Lord’s Partners. Hulsey noted the need for more information to understand whether their teams were all diverse.
“In August 2022, we internally developed something called the ‘diversity dashboard’ as part of our intranet system,” Hulsey says. “Partners can go into the system and look at a matter for a particular client or company and understand the level of diversity present in that engagement.”
