Locke Lord Public Finance Partner Jennifer Capasso Mendonça Elected Fellow of the American College of Bond Counsel

Locke Lord’s Jennifer Capasso Mendonça, Public Finance Partner based in the Firm’s Boston office, has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Bond Counsel (ACBC).

In addition to Mendonça, Locke Lord’s Margaret Comey, Todd Cooper (who serves on the Board of the organization as Immediate Past President), Karen Grande, Rick Manley, Stephanie Massey, Brenda McDonough and Walter St. Onge hold the distinction of being Fellows of the ACBC.

Mendonça focuses her practice exclusively on all aspects of governmental and tax-exempt finance, as bond counsel, borrower's counsel, underwriters’ counsel, bank counsel and disclosure counsel in a broad variety of tax-exempt and taxable financings. She serves as President of Boston Women in Public Finance, a nonprofit organization for women in the public finance industry that provides educational and professional networking events throughout the year. Additionally, she is actively involved in the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
