Austin's Chris Richardson Named 2022 Most Influential Lawyer Award Honoree by Austin Black Business Journal

Chris Richardson, Senior Counsel in Locke Lord’s Real Estate and Finance Practice Group and Affordable Housing Section, has been named a 2022 Most Influential Lawyer Award honoree by Austin Black Business Journal, recognizing Black professionals in the legal field who have achieved professional excellence and have actively paved the way to success for others. One of only 10 honorees to receive the award, Richardson was chosen based on her ability to excel in a variety of professional settings and for her outstanding achievements on a regional and national level. Richardson will be recognized at an awards ceremony on Nov. 19, 2022.

Richardson represents for-profit and nonprofit developers in various aspects of affordable housing development, including financing transactions, regulatory matters involving state and federal agencies and state taxation issues relevant to affordable housing.
