Locke Lord Continues Expansion of New York Office With Addition of Former HSBC Associate General Counsel Domenic Cervoni as Financial Services Litigation Partner

(NEW YORK) May 9, 2022 – Domenic Cervoni, former Associate General Counsel for HSBC North America Holdings, Inc., has joined Locke Lord’s Financial Services Litigation Practice Group as a Partner in the Firm’s New York office.

In his previous role, Cervoni managed all phases of class action, banking, antitrust, securities and trustee litigation, and high-risk regulatory matters. Prior to joining HSBC, he worked at a global law firm for six years, where he represented leading U.S. and global financial institutions in complex commercial litigations and investigatory matters.
