Kim Hulsey, Locke Lord’s Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer based in the Washington, D.C., office, was highlighted by Dallas Business Journal in a recent interview discussing her goals for the Firm and how she plans to build upon the momentum of an existing, strong DEI foundation established by retired Senior Partner Paulette Brown. Hulsey noted her goals to continue supporting, coaching and encouraging members of the Firm, introducing the concept of allyship to ensure diverse perspectives are integral to the solutions it develops for clients.
