Continuing Locke Lord’s leadership in building a diverse organization and a more inclusive legal profession, Firm Chair David Taylor has made a public pledge as part of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s Leaders at the Front movement, which focuses on creating actionable plans to further diversity in the legal profession through specific, meaningful and measurable organizational changes. In his pledge, Taylor shares his personal, ongoing commitment to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion as well as Locke Lord’s organizational commitment to ensuring DEI is more fully integrated into the Firm’s operations.
