Chicago Partner Andrea Kerstein was featured in Reuters The Daily Docket discussing her recent elevation to Partner as a testament to both her dedication to her clients and Locke Lord’s support while she was on a flexible work arrangement.

Kerstein noted that Locke Lord was “extremely receptive" when she first switched to a reduced hourly billing requirement in 2016, when she moved from Houston to Chicago and was on maternity leave with her first child. Kerstein expressed that she is grateful that the Firm voted to make her Partner after allowing her the option for flextime, which she now plans to transition off of.
