Locke Lord’s Tammy Woffenden Appointed to American Bar Association Health Law Council for Three-Year Term

Austin Partner Tammy Woffenden has been appointed to a three-year term as Council-Member-at-Large of the Health Law Section of the American Bar Association (ABA).

The ABA’s Health Law Section is the voice of the national health law bar within the ABA, with over 10,000 members nationwide representing clients in all segments of the health care industry, including physicians, hospitals and other institutional providers, teaching and research organizations, managed care organizations and other third-party payors, pharmaceutical companies and device manufacturers.

The ABA’s mission is to equally serve members, the profession and the public by defending liberty and delivering justice as the national representative of the legal profession.
