Locke Lord’s Ann Ryan Robertson Selected as Member of U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement Dispute Settlement Panel

Ann Ryan Robertson, International Partner in Locke Lord’s Houston office, has been selected by the U.S. government as one of 10 U.S. panelists who will decide State-to-State disputes under the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), which went into effect on July 1, 2020. According to the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, the USMCA, which replaces the North American Free Trade Agreement, will support mutually beneficial trade leading to freer markets, fairer trade and robust economic growth in North America.
