The team’s recent notable matters include acting as bond counsel for the State of Rhode Island for $300 million in emergency lines of credit needed to fund the State’s cash flow as expenses increase and tax and revenue collections are delayed due to COVID-19; serving as bond counsel with respect to $136.055 million Massachusetts Development Finance Agency Revenue Bonds, Massachusetts Institute of Technology Issue, Series P (2020); serving as underwriters’ counsel for a 19-member syndicate led by BofA Securities and Goldman Sachs on a $2.3 billion bond issue for the Grand Parkway Transportation Corporation and serving as underwriter’s counsel to Barclays Capital Inc. for the issuance of $148.82 million Massachusetts Development Finance Agency Revenue Bonds, Boston College Issue, Series U (2020).
