Locke Lord’s David Harrell Re-Elected to Board of Directors of the North America Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators

Houston Partner David Harrell, Co-Chair of Locke Lord’s Litigation Department and Chair of the Firm’s International Arbitration Practice Group, has been re-elected to the Board of Directors of the North America Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) for a second term.
