Locke Lord Named Middle Market Leader and Secures Multiple Top 10 Rankings for Texas M&A in Past 5 Years

Locke Lord is noted as a middle market leader in a recent article from The Texas Lawbook and the Houston Chronicle that examined M&A in Texas over the past 13 years. The analysis cites that the Firm has “found a niche doing mergers and acquisitions for middle market businesses. Locke Lord actually ranks fourth in deal count with 163 M&A transactions valued at a total $40.9 billion over the past four years.”

The data from Mergermarket also ranks Locke Lord as third for year-to-date M&A in 2019 with 38 total deals.
