Hartford Partner Tara Trifon Profiled in Law.com’s How I Made Partner Q&A Feature

Tara Trifon, a Ligation Partner in the Firm’s Hartford office, was profiled by Law.com in its ‘How I Made Partner’ series. In the Q&A, Trifon discussed her experience at Locke Lord, career influences and excitement for changes that may come to her career after meeting this milestone. Trifon credited her ability to be a team player and stamina as major reasons she reached the Partnership level at Locke Lord.

Trifon also provided advice to younger associates working to make partner: “Don’t lose sight of the big picture. I think it’s really easy to get bogged down in the day-to-day routine of doing whatever project is on your plate at any given moment. But in order to achieve your goal, you need to put a plan in place and continuously work toward that goal. It’s helpful to check in with yourself every so often to see if you’re doing what you need to do to achieve success.”
