Locke Lord Chicago Associate Wasim ‎Bleibel Named to 2019 LCLD Pathfinder Program‎

(CHICAGO) February 14, 2019 – Chicago Associate Wasim Bleibel has been named to the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity's 2019 Pathfinder Program. This is the first year a Locke Lord lawyer has taken part in the Pathfinder Program, which aims to identify, train and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession.‎

According to LCLD, the Pathfinder Program, now in its fourth year, targets high-performing associates. Pathfinders receive training in critical career development ‎strategies, including leadership and the building of professional networks.‎

Bleibel is a member of the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. He represents clients in complex intellectual property litigation matters with a primary emphasis on disputes arising under the Hatch-Waxman provisions of the Patent Act and the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. He has also successfully enforced and defended against intellectual property actions for a wide range of clients, including industry leaders in agricultural science, chemical technology, green energy, mechanical devices and medical devices.

Previous Fellows include Chicago Partner Bilal Zaheer in 2017 and Chicago Partner Ernesto Palomo in 2014.
