Intellectual Property Department Chair Alan Clement Quoted in Law360 on PTAB's Revamped Procedures

Alan Clement, Chair of the Intellectual Property Department at Locke Lord, commented on the Patent Trial and Appeal Board’s (PTAB) revamp of its procedures surrounding precedential decisions and how panels of judges are selected. Commenting on these changes, Clement said, “We think these are welcome changes as they will provide more transparency as to how panels are chosen and decisions are made precedential.”
