Chicago Partner Patrick Byrnes Named to 2018 Who’s Who Legal Aviation: Contentious

Patrick Byrnes, a Partner in Locke Lord's Litigation Department and member of the Firm’s Aviation & Defense Group, has been recognized as one of the world’s leading practitioners of aviation law by the 2018 edition of Who's Who Legal Aviation: Contentious. Byrnes is included among leading aviation lawyers across three areas of practice — finance, contentious and regulatory.

Byrnes has extensive aviation experience, including defending aircraft component part manufacturers and suppliers, aircraft manufacturers, airlines and airline consortiums, aircraft leasing companies, airports and aviation security companies. In addition to his litigation practice, Byrnes counsels and advises entrants into and participants in the Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS, UAVs, drones) market, including advising on compliance with 14 C.F.R.
