Locke Lord Receives Perfect Score in Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2018 Corporate Equality Index

November 15, 2017 – Locke Lord achieved a 100 percent rating in the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation’s 2018 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for the second consecutive year. A perfect score in this annual report evaluating LGBTQ-related policies and practices earns the Firm the distinction of a “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.”

The survey evaluates LGBTQ-related policies and practices, including non-discrimination workplace policies, equitable benefits for LGBTQ workers and their families, internal education and accountability metrics to promote LGBTQ inclusion and competency, and public commitment to LGBTQ equality.
