Locke Lord Public Finance Co-Chairs Speak on Growth of Public Finance Practice Group and Rankings in Texas Lawyer

Dallas’ Mike Schulman and Boston’s Stephanie Massey, Co-Chairs of Locke Lord’s Public Finance Practice Group, spoke on the success of Locke Lord’s Public Finance team, which was ranked 11th by number of transactions with 229 transactions and 18th by value of transactions in the municipal bond area of the 2017 Corporate Scorecard (focused on capital markets). In the article, Schulman and Massey noted the Firm’s presence in many cities and towns and school districts in New England and also the bond counsel work in other areas, including Tennessee, Florida and Chicago. They also spoke on the growth of the team with the addition of the Firm’s Cincinnati office.
