Published by BTI Consulting Group, the report states that cybersecurity and data privacy are “the fastest growing segment of outside counsel spending, and the biggest issue keeping clients awake at night.” The results of the BTI survey derived from 324 in-depth telephone interviews with leading legal decision makers between February and August 2016.
