Four Locke Lord Lawyers Named to The International Who's Who of Insurance & Reinsurance Lawyers 2017 List

Four Locke Lord lawyers across the Firm’s offices have been chosen for The International Who's Who of Insurance & Reinsurance Lawyers 2017 list. Nominees were selected based upon comprehensive, independent survey work with both general counsel and private practice lawyers worldwide. Those selected met independent international research criteria.

The Locke Lord lawyers named to The International Who's Who of Insurance & Reinsurance Lawyers 2017 list include:

Jon Biasetti, Partner in the Chicago office and Co-Chair of the Regulatory and Transactional Insurance Practice Group, represents U.S. insurance clients, particularly in the life and health insurance sector, on a variety of corporate, transactional, including reinsurance and joint ventures, and insurance regulatory matters. Biasetti regularly represents national health insurers and large hospital systems in their innovative joint ventures that involve the joint ownership, management and operation of new insurance companies and HMOs. He has been named to The Best Lawyers in America since 2010 and Chambers USA from 2009-2016.

Nick J. DiGiovanni, a Chicago-based Partner and Chair of the Firm’s Global Insurance & Reinsurance Dispute, Coverage and Counseling Group, was also named to The International Who’s Who of Insurance & Reinsurance Lawyers 2017 North America Thought Leaders list. He has more than 30 years of experience in commercial litigation, concentrating in reinsurance and insurance-related issues. His practice and experience involve national and international reinsurance disputes across all lines of business in litigation, arbitration, insolvency and rehabilitation proceedings. DiGiovanni was named 2016 Chicago Insurance Law "Lawyer of the Year" by The Best Lawyers in America, was named to Chambers USA for Insurance/Reinsurance from 2010-2016 and was named to The International Who's Who of Insurance & Reinsurance Lawyers 2014 Most Highly Regarded Individuals list.
