Locke Lord Receives Miracle Corners of the World Community Partnership Award For Firm’s Commitment to Communities

(NEW YORK) June 30, 2016 – Locke Lord this week was awarded the Miracle Corners of the World (MCW) 2016 Community Partnership Award for its commitment to the non-profit organization’s mission to help communities throughout the world achieve greater levels of education and health services, increased economic security and empowering children worldwide.

The award was presented Tuesday night at MCW’s 12th Annual Gala which honors individuals and companies that embody the group’s core values of integrity, compassion, accountability, responsibility and excellence; and display a high level of commitment to working with governments, corporations and more to have a positive impact on the young people within MCW’s network.

In her acceptance remarks on behalf of the Firm, Locke Lord Chair Jerry Clements said, “Some may think we live in a cynical time when the idea of selfless acts and noble deeds are old-fashioned, but all of us here tonight know better.
