Chicago Partner Kirk Dillard shared his thoughts on first-term state Sen. Barack H. Obama, saying Obama made an extremely positive impression on him and that “he is a bright, intelligent and articulate spokesman for issues pertaining to his district and statewide. And he is a tremendous addition to the Senate as a whole.”
