June 18, 2015 – Locke Lord’s Jennifer Capasso Mendonça, a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Public Finance Practice Group, has been selected to serve on Greater Boston Legal Services’ (GBLS) Board of Directors for a three-year term. GBLS provides free legal assistance and representation on civil matters to hundreds of the neediest residents in the city of Boston and 31 surrounding cities and towns.

Active in the Boston community, Mendonça is a board member and serves as co-chair of the Associates Committee of Boston Women in Public Finance, Inc., an organization that advances leadership and educational opportunities for public and private sector women in finance and government in the Greater Boston area. She was a member of the 2014 class of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Boston’s Future Leaders Program.
