Professional Beauty Association: MoCRA Education Webinar

The Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 (MoCRA) is the most significant expansion of FDA’s authority to regulate cosmetics since the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic (FD&C) Act was passed in 1938. The webinar hosted by the Professional Beauty Association will review MoCRA and requirements including adverse events and reporting, records access, registration, and the Voluntary Cosmetic Reporting Program as well as good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
