WTW: 2023 Healthcare Risk Conference

Andrea Verney Kerstein and Lori Basilico will participate in a panel discussion at the WTW Healthcare Risk Conference on July 19-21, 2023 in Nashville, TN. Their panel will discuss the 2022 SCOTUS decision in Dobbs vs Jackson Women’s Health Organization, and its aftermath, on July 21. Topics will include the varied responses of Federal agencies and a number of states and state agencies related to reproductive health care and the risks posed for managed care plans including commercial plans, CMS governed plans, ASO/TPA arrangements and self-funded employer plans.
The annual event features sessions designed for healthcare, managed care and senior living risks.
