American Bar Association: 24th Annual Emerging Issues in Healthcare Law Conference

Tammy Woffenden will speak during the Health Law Fundamentals workshop on March 8, as part of the 24th annual ABA Health Law Section EMI Conference. Panelists will touch on HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare/Medicaid, EMTALA, Health Insurance, Digital Health/Virtual Care, Corporate Practice of Medicine and Professional (State) Licensure.
Tammy is a Council Member-At-Large of the ABA Health Law Section and is on the Planning Committee for the conference.
