Georgetown Law: Confronting The New SEC Climate Disclosure Rule

Gerry Pels will take part in a webinar hosted by Georgetown Law on Tuesday, October 25 at 2:00pm ET. SEC Commissioner Mark T. Uyeda will provide keynote remarks, followed by a panel featuring Gerry and fellow environmental, securities, and governance attorneys to address the SEC’s new rule on “The Enhancement and Standardization of Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors,” often referred to as the “Climate Disclosure Rule,” which is due to be released in final form in October 2022.
