ABA Aviation and Space Law Committee: Aviation Litigation

Locke Lord is a proud sponsor of the ABA Aviation and Space Law Committee’s Aviation Litigation Conference in Washington, D.C.  Patrick Byrnes will serve on a panel titled “Space Law—Into the Beyond,” which will cover a wide range of topics including unique scenarios arising from advances in space enterprises, space tourism, satellites and the growing threat of cyber-attacks, and more.

The program will feature key representatives and experts in aviation, including representatives from insurance, government, manufacturing, and law, all offering views on new and continuing challenges facing the aerospace industry, with an emphasis on litigation, insurance and regulatory risks.
