President Biden took office one year ago, and since then there has been a noticeable increase in the enforcement of the federal antitrust laws. This 1-hour CLE program will discuss the recent leadership changes at the Federal Trade Commission and DOJ-Antitrust Division, and how those changes have resulted in heightened antitrust scrutiny of many types of business conduct and transactions.
