Panelists will share their thoughts regarding the key decision drivers for arbitration users in the strategy and planning stage of an arbitration case. Other ADR mechanisms in the pre-arbitration stage such as Dispute Adjudication Board and Mediation will also be discussed in the context of multi-tiered dispute resolution mechanisms.
