TCPA: A Case Study On The Recently Amended Anti-SLAPP Statute

Mia Lorick will provide an update on the Texas Citizens Participation Act at the Houston Bar Association Litigation Section's program on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 from 11:45am - 1:00pm CT.

Mia is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in civil appellate law and concentrates her practice on real estate litigation, energy litigation and civil appeals. She handles jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations as well as appellate briefing and oral argument. She has argued before the Texas Supreme Court, as well as federal and state courts of appeals.
