AAA, ICDR and IDR Group Joint Webinar

Ann Ryan Robertson C.Arb FCIArb, former Chair of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution Rules Revision Committee, will take part in a panel discussion hosted by the ICDR®, the international branch of the American Arbitration Association and THE IDR GROUP® on Wednesday, June 23.

The ICDR, AAA and the IDR Group are pleased to present a joint webinar on the ICDR’s revised 2014 Arbitration Rules. The Rules came into force on March 1, 2021. Amongst the topics considered on the webinar will be the provisions encouraging the use of video and teleconferencing for remote hearings. The pandemic led other major arbitral institution such as the LCIA and the ICC to make similar revisions to their Rules.
