    In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and other state AGs have reiterated their intentions to prosecute price gougers and other persons engaged in online fraud and scams related to the Coronavirus. The DOJ and FTC also announced an expedited process for companies seeking antitrust guidance, while reiterating their intention to pursue civil violations of the antitrust and consumer protection laws. This program will cover new antitrust developments related to COVID-19 and how to counsel clients on these issues.
