Richard Manley and Michael Meidinger spoke at the 49th Annual School hosted by the Massachusetts Collectors and Treasurers Association (MCTA), August 13-16, 2019 in Amherst, Massachusetts. Richard’s session was titled, “Current Legal Developments in Municipal Finance Law – Primary and Secondary Market Disclosure” and Michael spoke on the topic of “Long Term Borrowing – Documentation, Disclosure & Marketing.
The Massachusetts Collectors & Treasurers Association is dedicated to the education and ongoing professional development of the treasurers and collectors of the state's 351 municipalities and numerous districts. The Association sponsors an Annual School to assist members in obtaining certification in addition to sponsoring numerous educational meetings throughout the year.
