8th European Insolvency & Restructuring Congress

David Grant, the Firm’s London Office Managing Partner, a member of its Executive Committee and Regional Practice Group Leader for Europe and Asia/Pacific Rim spoke on “Practical Experiences With the Recast EIR” at the 8th European Insolvency & Restructuring Congress on June 27, 2019 in Brussels. This year the focus of the conference was the United Kingdom and Brexit, as well as the draft EU directive on pre-insolvency restructuring. The conference washosted by the German Bar Association (DAV) in conjunction with INSOL Europe. INSOL Europe is the European organization of professionals specializing in insolvency, business reconstruction and recovery.
