2019 Spring Surplus Lines Law Group Meeting

Zachary Lerner gave a presentation on “Risk Purchasing Groups and Other Surplus Lines Group Issues” at the 2019 Spring Surplus Lines Law Group Meeting on April 5, 2019 in Biloxi, MS. Topics such as international risk taxation, regulatory encroachment into surplus lines and updates on certain cybersecurity laws were presented at the meeting. The event was hosted by the Mississippi Surplus Lines Association.
