Rowe Snider was the Co-Chair of the 2019 IAIR Resolution Workshop, February 13–15, 2019 in New Orleans, LA. During the conference Rowe moderated a panel of Current and Former Commissioners, and Norris Clark presented on a panel covering the topic of “Supervised Runoff vs. Receivership: Lessons from the Past.” This two-day conference focused on emerging risks in the insurance industry, regulatory responses and resolution strategies. Panel topics included discussions of future trends in Long Term Care, Investment Vehicles, Business Transfers and more.
