Chapman, Hext & Co. Aspire Event

Brandan Montminy spoke at Chapman, Hext & Co.'s sixth Aspire event of the 2018 series which was held on Wednesday, September 5th at 8:00 a.m. Brandan presented "Cybersecurity and Privacy: Understanding the Regulatory Framework to Inform Compliance and Breach Response." He covered as much of the waterfront pertaining to the interactions of key laws and regulations in the constantly-evolving cybersecurity and privacy space.  The presentation gave a high-level overview of GDPR, NYDFS 500, GDPR, GLBA, and key state-law developments, and briefly compare the regulations.
