With the election of Donald Trump, we are observing unprecedented changes and approaches across the country, especially in the business world. Initiatives put in place by the prior administration are being withdrawn and replaced. New priorities and agendas are being implemented in earnest. The guard has changed but, at least in antitrust, the Trump Administration has been slower in making its changes felt. In the last of our three-part series, we will discuss the forecast for antitrust enforcement by the federal agencies, state attorneys general, and federal courts.
