"Don't Ruck with Us," Locke Lord’s annual Insolvency & Restructuring conference, is back, chaired by David Grant, leading Partner commended by Chambers UK for being commercial, a great negotiator and a welcome sight on a case.

This half-day conference will examine the issues that have been pertinent to the Insolvency & Restructuring arena over the past 12 months. It will be of particular interest to IPs, banks, distressed and turnaround funders, ABLs, insurers and reinsurers, trade credit insurers and pension funds. The conference will feature the acclaimed biomedical gerontologist and author Dr. Aubrey de Grey. Sir Clive Woodward is an English former rugby union player and coach. His talk will focus on the value of brand recognition, motivation and winning processes. He is a sought-after public speaker and draws on his experiences as Director of Sport for Team GB at the British Olympic Association for the London 2012 Olympics.

Guest Speaker - Political & Economic Overview: Lord Daniel Finkelstein
Lord Daniel Finkelstein is Chief Leader Writer and Associate Editor of The Times, responsible for the digital edition. He is also a member of the Lords and an advisor to the Conservative Party. After serving as director of a Westminster think tank focusing on social policy, he became a political advisor to John Major and then William Hague, and was awarded an OBE. He has since aligned himself to modernisers like Cameron and Gove. As a prominent commentator, Lord Finkelstein's talks provide a sharp and entertaining insight into the political and economic scene.
