Locke Lord Represents Green Street Impact Partners’ Investment in Roshal Health

A Locke Lord team led by Kanasha S. Herbert with assistance from Hani Majeed (both of Chicago) represented Green Street Impact Partners, a sector-specific private equity fund, in its investment in Roshal Health, a new leader providing hospital grade, on-site and on-demand ultrasound and echocardiogram services to ERs, micro-hospitals, rural hospitals and hospital offsite facilities.
