Locke Lord Advises Sage Creek Energy Partners and Trinity Gas Storage on Permitting Approval From Railroad Commission of Texas for Natural Gas Storage Facility

John Arnold and Rachael Beavers (both of Houston) advised Sage Creek Energy Partners, LLC, and Trinity Gas Storage, LLC, on their project development and permitting approval from the Railroad Commission of Texas for the Trinity Gas Storage natural gas storage project based in East Texas. The facility is expected to have an initial capacity of around 24 billion cubic feet and will enhance the energy infrastructure in Texas as well as ensure a reliable supply of natural gas.
