Locke Lord Represents Ag-Pro in Acquisition of Findlay Implement Company

Locke Lord Partner Henry Benton (Dallas) represented Ag-Pro, the largest privately owned John Deere dealer in North America, headquartered in Boston, Georgia and operating in 80 locations across seven states, in its acquisition of Findlay Implement Company, a John Deere dealership with eight locations across Northwest Ohio. This acquisition will position Ag-Pro to expand its support to customers across Ohio with access to a large number of service technicians and a wide variety of inventory across 35 different locations within the state.
