Dallas Team Represents Trinity Bay Worx in Acquisition of Bay Worx Laboratories and Bay Worx Industries

Van Jolas and Bryan Bishop (all of Dallas) represented Trinity Bay Worx, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Trinity Industries, Inc., in its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Bay Worx Laboratories, LLC, and all of the membership interests of Bay Worx Industries, LLC, for an undisclosed amount. Trinity expects to use the acquired technologies to service its own fleet of leased railcars as well as the railcar fleets of other strategic customers.
