Texas Team Counsels ProChem Energy Services in Recapitalization by Creedence Energy Services

A Locke Lord team led by Joe Perillo and Rachel Fitzgerald (both of Houston) represented the shareholders of ProChem Energy Services, Inc., in the company’s recapitalization by Creedence Energy Services, a portfolio company of Tower Arch Capital. ProChem provides production chemicals, midstream chemicals and other custom solutions for scale and corrosion prevention to leading oil and gas providers in the Permian, Eagle Ford and Scoop Stack basins. Terms of the transaction were undisclosed. Additional assistance was provided by Jerry Higdon, Ed Razim, Buddy Sanders, Case Towslee (all of Houston) and Mark Backofen (Dallas).
