Locke Lord Team Represents Nuevo Dos in Asset Combination With Ironwood Midstream

A Locke Lord team led by Eric Larson and Jennie Simmons (both of Houston) represented full-service midstream company Nuevo Midstream Dos, LLC, in its asset combination with Ironwood Midstream Energy Partners II, LLC, an independent energy company providing a full suite of midstream services to oil and natural gas producers across North America. The combination expands Ironwood’s midstream infrastructure for Eagle Ford producers, increasing total crude oil throughput capacity in the Eagle Ford Shale to 400,000 barrels per day. Nuevo Dos and Ironwood are both backed by EnCap Flatrock Midstream.
